Kept me informed of delivery
Amazing customer service, unfortunately one of our lights was smashed upon arrival, a replacement was sent out next day delivery.
Did not arrive in time for my event.
Bit long winded delivery but the product was of very good quality once it arrived! I cant say any more about it as it was a christmas gift and I dont want to give the game away!
Great company, quality products and always easy to deal with however this time my product (door mat) tore within 2 weeks of normal use. I contact customer services and haven't had a response yet likely due to Christmas busyness. Not as expected from this Company and hopefully it will be resolved.
I have emailed twice about a faulty product so I can return it free of charge, still no reply, not good service

1 Item missing from parcel. Rodborough planters arrived on Pallet and some items arrived damaged again same as my previous order. No response from customer service to my emails. Edit 27 December: Since I wrote my original review, I have heard from Customer Service and been refunded for the missing item. I have also received a replacement planter for the original smashed item, however the replacement whilst functional does have several marks and chips on it so I will need to reach out to Customer Service again. Amending review from 2 to 3 stars.
