I ordered a set of springs for my garage door and then found that I could request that a proper set be calculated for me. Of course, the calculations told me that my original order was incorrect. Brena M. answered my questions late in the evening and promptly, courteously adjusted my order and was very friendly. This was my first experience with Garage Door Nation, and it certainly will not be my last, due in no small part to Brenda M and her outstanding customer service. Great work!

These people are scam artists. They don't actually make or stock any of these products. When you order from them, they just go order the parts from another website (Service Spring Corp) for a fraction of the price, and they keep all the profit. Save yourself time and money and just order the springs directly from a manufacturer instead of paying 4x as much through these guys. In addition, the product will arrive all beat up and damaged. It looks like it was packaged by a 3 year old.

Hi I had a very good experience with the company. Before placing order, I found similar product selling for a little bit less. I contacted the GDN asking if there is a coupon that I could use. They gave me a coupon and in addition were gracious enough to throw in a can of lubricant too on my request. I had placed the order around 4:00 PM on Monday and on Wednesday the product was delivered to my home. Thanks for putting the youtube video on how an amateur like me could safely change the springs

From watching their top notch computer video, to requesting and almost immediately receiving sizing information by supplying door measurements and weight, to ordering their recommendations to receiving the parts on the second day after the order, Garage Door Nation far surpasses all the others. Josh, their internet guru, was always friendly, knowledgeable and receptive. Thank you.

Like many home-owners I called a local service company the first time my garage door failed. It did not take too long before it failed again, and I was looking at my second set of a broken torsion spring. Using the resources made available by Garage Door Nation I learned that I never had a well balanced door in the past. I followed the safety and installation videos and instructions to a T, and was able to easily convert to a two spring system with a perfectly balanced door. My garage door is extra wide, extra tall, insulated and heavy, and I am now upgrading my door with 7" rollers.

We use our garage door quite a bit around this time of year and I guess it was finally time the springs gave out. I called up a few companies and they offered a "free estimate" which turned out to be a bit of a waste of time. The good thing was that they left their recommendations with me so that I could hop online and figure it out. I was happy to find Garage Door Nation on youtube with their helpful tutorials and then I purchased their DIY torsion spring replacement kit and it was at my house a few days later. Now, I am happy to report my garage springs are fixed and the springs came in super fast and are the best quality I've seen. I'm also happy I get to support a company that makes their springs in the USA. I highly recommend this company!

I was able to find the part I would have needed - thanks to the online support for measurements etc., however, we had a home warranty that covered it apparently. But in the future, I guarantee I’ll be back for any replacement parts. This site truly stands out amongst the rest. Thanks for your help, I appreciate it, and I appreciate such prompt customer service. They replied to my inquires within minutes. Great work!
