WORST PLACE TO GET STEAM ARS, STAY AWAY! You have to contact them to be able to receive your ARS BUT THEY WON'T EVEN MESSAGE YOU BACK. I sent 3 messages through their website and even emailed and Telegramed them, and I have not gotten a single reply even till now. It seems like this is how you would have to receive any of their other products too. In general, just stay away unless you're willing to wait forever just for a few dollars price difference.
