Gallery has designed and built two websites for us and both projects have exceeded expectations, meeting the brief with excellent designs and functionality and within a reasonable budget. On-going support is excellent. The way the website was built has made it easy for me to understand how to up-date it myself. We also use Gallery for our on-going IT support and issues are always resolved quickly.
Gallery's great strength is their friendly staff team and very speedy response to problems. We are not the easiest of customers. They may not always be able to fix the problem but they go away and hunt down the answer. They managed our migration to azure and office move smoothly so there were no problems or interruptions to our service. Four stars is a pretty good score from me as I rarely give top marks for anything!
Gallery Partnership help you where you're at and are customer-led. I like them! My experience is of Benefactor only, which is a flexible product. I recommend and trust them.
