The guys at Galactic fireworks are simply great. I have ordered from Galactic on 3 occasions now and I have been thoroughly impressed by their friendliness and their service. If I have had questions or concerns, they have always responded quickly and resolved these. I think the website videos and descriptions are excellent and very helpful indeed. I’m convinced that these guys really are as enthusiastic about fireworks as they appear to be. I’m not naive, and I realize that, at the end of the day, Galactic fireworks is a business enterprise. Yet, those of us who developed a passion and love for fireworks in our formative years, will completely relate to the enthusiasm of the staff at Galactic Fireworks. Who wouldn’t want to make a living testing, demonstrating, selling and distributing fireworks? 😁

Yet to use the products. One item arrived damaged, after a short phone call it was sorted. No messing their side, which is rare these days. Simply sent a replacement for the damaged firework. Good customer service 👍

I took delivery of my fireworks yesterday and as always they arrived all present and correct and the driver was very helpful. Excellent service by Galactic who stock a great range of Pyro at great prices. I still need to order more items.

easy to order. Great being able to view what the firework looks like. Only issue I have is that you cant choose a delivery date and if you cant make their choice you have to pay for re-delivery. You dont get advised of delivery date until after you complete the order process.

Good customer service been here multiple times now

Following receipt of our pack of two rockets, one of the sticks was found to be faulty and was split. I rang Galactic, they were super helpful and replacement rockets will arrive later this week, it was quite literally sorted and new order FOC confirmed within 30 minutes. No need to return the original delivery and instructions for safe disposal of the faulty rocket. What matters is what happens when something goes wrong... this was Great customer service! Thank you.
