I am very disappointed with the website. After i purchased a headphones 2 months ago, the item was broken, i requested to return the goods and till now no answer. They don't even reply on my phone calls or whatsapp messages. I don't recommend anyone to use this cheap online store.

The ipad screen protector was smashed and they promised to send another one but they didn’t. I called them a lot and every time they promised and they do nothing.

Very bad experience. Gadgitechstore accepted my order and payment while I discovered later that they are not delivering. I placed my order since 20 days and till now it was not delivered. So if you are not able to deliver and you are selling products that are not yours, stop receiving orders and respect your clients and your name. When I placed the order I thought that Gadgitechstore have their own stock to find out that they are only a liaison to the real seller. So unfortunate

Very good product, so cheap, and fast service
The worst possible service you can ever receive. All numbers don’t answer to calls or messages. Order is supposed to take 3 business days, it’s been 15 days. I informed them I want to cancel my order and get my refund as I’d much rather deal with a company that values customer service. Never ordering from here again and will make sure none of my friends/family do so too.
