At this time my review can only be a work in progress review. I ordered door sealing strip a week ago. I received an apology for delay in delivery and a new date when the item would be sent. This level of customer focus is not common, with most suppliers just leaving you to wonder why you do not have the order. So, full marks for customer relations so far.
