Items arrived very quickly and were exactly what I was hoping for. Cannot fault the service.
DPD did not attempt to deliver to me, I have electric gates and CCTV and to deliver you need to make yourself known, they didn't. I then get sent an emails to collect parcel for a delivery that was not made, I'm unable to drive to collect this from remote collection point. No response from emails sent G John advising of situation. Please refund the money you have taken for a delivery and items that have not materialised.
Ordered pocket door on recommendation, ordered online, order confirmed almost immediately. Called the company next day to query who the carrier company would be, given this information. The delivery came within 72hours. Only negative is that no prior notice given by the carrier ie what day delivery would be made. Lucky delivered on a Saturday morning when we where at home. The door hasn't been fitted yet but I am sure it will look great, it is for a downstairs toilet.
