I ordered a cabinet hinge on line and had it delivered. Unfortunately the wrong hinge was delivered. One phone call to sales and the correct product was sent out free of charge. Superb customer service very helpful.
The product (an internal letter box flap) was really good. The delivery time was equally good and so was the price. However, it could have been better with the addition of a paper template which would have made the fitting so much easier. I told them about this idea and they agreed and thanked me for the input.
