Sales team conveniently 'forget' your requirements for your electrics. We told the sales person we needed LED-compatible dimmers throughout our home, and received an initial quote. We then had an update to the number of dimmer switches we needed. The sales person then provided a non-LED compatible quote. Nowhere on the quote did it say the dimmers were non-LED compatible, so we went ahead with the purchase, assuming that our salesperson had taken all information we had provided into account. After installation, most of the lights flicker. When contacting GJohns about this, we were blamed for ordering the wrong product and asked to pay again for new products. This is not what we expected for going with a higher-end company with great reviews. Very disappointing.
