Habe einen Konferenzstuhl bestellt, der wurde leider beschädigt geliefert. Eine Email mit Beschreibung und Fotos geschrieben, nur wenige Augenblicke später eine Antwort erhalten, dass ein Ersatzprodukt geliefert wird! Top Service bei sehr hochwertigen und wunderschönen Möbeln!

They were not able to guarantee the delivery at the chosen address therefor I could not get my order. In the meantime I'm still waiting for my refund. Very disappointing experience overall. Responsive but ultimately unhelpful customer service. EDIT: I'm modifying my rating because since I posted it, Furnicher replied implying that the courier tried to deliver the package several times but this is NOT true. Or at least they didn't try to deliver it to me. The first notification that I received about the delivery was about it was being dropped at a very far away pick up point which I'm unable to go to. Furnicher never made any efforts to try and find a possible solution to this problem. Concerning the refund, this is NOT a return. I'm being put in the situation where I'm unable to pick up my package, which is very different.

J'ai commandé 4 chaises de salle à manger Jenson en rotin et bois. J'ai été très déçue par la livraison qui se fait via Chronopost, et qui bien évidemment, ne vous aide pas à monter vos colis chez vous. De plus l'un des colis était abimé. Pour le prix des chaises je trouve très limite le service de livraison. A l'ouverture des colis, je me suis rendue compte qu'une des chaises était abimée. Concernant la qualité c'est du bois de chêne donc ça m'a l'air solide, par contre le dossier en rotin m'a l'air très fragile. Update 20 octobre : Le service client est très réactif et à l'écoute. Furnicher m'a gentiment renvoyé deux chaises gratuitement.

De stoelen komen precies overeen met de foto's van de website. Ook zitten deze erg lekker. Tot nu toe lijkt de kwaliteit goed en ik hoop nog een hele lange tijd te kunnen genieten van deze prachtige aankoop. Ik raad daarom Furnicher zeker aan!
