Excellent products, all did exactly what they said they did
I wahed 2 items together in the bag but the the hair from 1 item transferred to the other. I did seek advice from Fur Magic and was told that fleecy fabric didn't work as well as other fabrics. I was given some tips to try and improve the result but all my cats' bedding are fleecy fabrics so I probably shall revert to my normal method of using a lint roller before washing as there was no obvious advantage of using fur magic in my experience.
They work!!! Also good price and excellent delivery. Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this company

I bought the hair catching bag to wash my dogs bedding, what an absolute game changer! No more hair in the washing machine drum, brilliant and what an amazing invention.
Found this through the Labrador Facebook page. Who knew that Labradors only shed twice a year .... for 6 months at a time!! This wash bag has been invaluable to keep the dog bedding clean and to stop the fur clinging to the washing machine and anything else that goes in there
My original review was very negative. On 15/10/24 I was emailed by the company's new Customer Services Manager, James. Based on James' intervention I have received my product and an apology and consequently am changing my review from a negative one to a highly positive one due to his actions !!! I had initially failed to receive products I had paid for and had no response to any contact attempts by telephone or email. I have left the detail of my original complaint. I am not clear what occurred exactly at the time but if James, as the new Customer Services Manager, reflects the staffing and company ethos of Fur Magic as it is now, then Fur Magic is definitely a company you can put your trust in. James established where my delivery had been erroneously delivered. (The recipient, dishonestly, didn't report the mis-delivery) ! James also honoured the original transaction and sent me the products I had never received without quibbling and sent some additional and useful products to make amends. I had purchased from Fur Magic before and went back to purchase again, which should tell you a little about the quality of their product. I needed an effective pet hair remover and found theirs to be the best at doing this ! Problems occur however hard we try to avoid them. We need to give people the benefit of the doubt and when they come back to us and genuinely make amends for any inconvenience then we have to respect them for doing that ! **************** === PREVIOUS REVIEW from 10/06/2024 === PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE: You will not receive your product. Have purchased from Furmagic previously and did correctly receive product. Latest purchase has not been received. Phoning the number on their website, the call is immediately dropped. No response to emails and they have had time to respond. It appears the business has failed BUT the website is still up and running and they will no doubt take your money. This is now a FRADULENT TRANSACTION ! Has been reported to financial authorities and registrar of the domain to ensure other "customers" are not "stung" but please DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES on this site !
I purchased a dematting comb for my cat. He is a rescue and has problems with change, let alone people. I could not get this comb near him. Contacted Fur Magic to explain that I obviously had no use for this and hoped they would cover the return cost. I was replied to with a copy and paste response, whereby they said they would not pay for postage 'at this time'. Stressing out my cat with a comb that hadn't even been used is 'that time' to pay for return postage. This company is clearly about profits and not animal care. No point in me paying to return a comb (which can be resold since unused) which is going to cost more money!
I purchased a fur magic bag to zip pet bed into to protect my washing machine. All the hair came through the bag into my machine . After a bit of delayed communication (due to messages going into spam folder) my bag was replaced with another blue bag. This was marginally better but lots of hair still got through. I did offer to send back bed so fabric could be analysed but this wasn’t followed up . The messages from the company were really pleasant which is why I have given it 2 stars rather than one star . I genuinely feel I have wasted my time and money. Which is a shame as want to support British made .
Arrived really quickly! Very happy with the products, I brought the laundry bags and pet fur scrapper for my guinea pigs bedding and it really works! It really is saving my washing machine and clothes from all their fur and hay! Would 100% recommend!
Literally didn't do what it was supposed to do. Very disappointed.

The best invention since penicillin. We have 5 cats and it will be a brilliant for picking up hairs.
My 2 cats leave their “floof” everywhere! A couple of swipes with this & it’s gone - hallelujah!
I've got two labradors and I'm constantly cleaning the hairs from my washing machine filter so happily gave this a try. My concern that while their blanket was inside the bag it wouldn't have enough space to be washed properly has been proved wrong, they come out just as clean and the hairs are in the bag not the machine! Would recommend to any dog or cat owners. Delivery was next day, very speedy!
I tried a set in the dryer and unfortunately it fell to bits in the washer wasn’t as good as expected

The wash bag is amazing, I was a bit sceptical about using it but yes it really does keep the dog hair in the bag. Well worth buying as it saves putting a cleaner through each time I wash my dogs bed.
I put 2 fairly small fleece dog blankets in the bag with the 2 fur catchers. On taking the blankets out they were still covered in pet hair and there was little or no pet hair on the fur catchers or in the bag. On the plus side the bag did keep the hair out if the washing machine.
