Es war alles super. Wäre sehr schön. Nur der Versand über gls mehr als unverschämt. Ich bekam nur eine e Mail das mein Paket in einem paketshop sei. Wo könnte ich selber herausfinden. Hatte keine Karte und bei gls Kundenservice kam man telefonisch nicht durch. Also rief ich alle in meiner Nähe an bis ich den richtigen Shop hatte. Das war Echt unmöglich. Würde also an ihrer Stelle etwas an den Versand ändern. Geuss

I ordered a bedding set which was supposed to arrive in 3-5 working days. Nothing had arrived in 10 days so I enquired as to its whereabouts. I was told “it will arrive soon”. After another week I asked again where it was. “We had run out of the fabric, we will ship it soon”. A month after ordering it I was told it had been delivered but it was nowhere to be found. Genuinely the worst service I have ever received; no updates, ridiculously late delivery, shocking delivery service, no apologies or attempt to remedy the situation. Don’t waste your time, their stuff is very pricey and yet their service is non existent.
