Rien à dire pour le tipi, de bonne qualité et très joli. Cette partie aurait méritée 5 étoiles. En revanche, une vraie catastrophe pour le service livraison. J'aimerais connaitre la démarche à suivre pour faire une réclamation (le service GLS m'a dit de voir cela directement avec le vendeur) Payer 11,99€ de livraison pour recevoir un service comme celui-ci c'est honteux. Aucune organisation, 3 livraisons promises qui n'ont pas eu lieu et un enfant très déçu de recevoir son cadeau d'anniversaire avec tant de retard.
Tipi reçu tres rapidement ! Conforme aux photos, très joli et de très bonne qualité. Je recommanderai sur site avec plaisir.

Très beau tipi ! Excellente qualité, le tissu est très épais, très beau. Je regrette simplement, une pression qui permettrait de fermer le tipi sur le devant et le dessous pour l'attacher au tapis. Pour le reste, il est parfait ! Mon fils l'adore déjà

Was looking for ages a nice tepee with accessories in UK and happy I’ve found Fun with mum! Definitely will return to do more shopping.
My baby boy's play room looks stunning, thank you! The quality of the teepee is top, cushions are so soft yet sturdy with great stitching, garlands and toy baskets - everything is such high quality finish. I cant rate it high enough. And as I said I came back for more already.
The teepee is exactly what we wanted for our son’s birthday! Due to limited space we needed a smaller size teepee and struggled to find one online. Then came across Fun with Mum and they were exactly the right size. The designs are cute and the quality was very nice; heavy material and colour as photographed. My husband and I both found it hard work getting the poles into the slots but it is a perfect fit and won’t move around. My only criticism is that the delivery was slower than expected and I wanted it in time for a birthday and it was late. The delivery said 3-5 working days and I was ordering it on a Saturday, needing it for the following Saturday. Unfortunately it took two days for my order to be processed, and when I got in touch concerned that it still hadn’t been dispatched it was explained to me that it would be two working days order processing followed by 3-5 working days for delivery. It eventually arrived the following Monday, so we missed the birthday which was disappointing. If this had been made clear on the website I could have ordered it earlier so that we had it in time.
