I can say they are the best in the industry, customer support were fast, helpful and patient. They help in anyway they can and are genuine about it. If you are looking for a prop firm you shouldn't look further. you should give FT+ a try.

At first I felt iffy signing up for this account because once you sign up you’re never sure what you’re going to get in terms of customer service and account related info. I have contacted cs through chat and was immediately connected to somebody who helped me. I passed and received my info really quick and they were great. I’ve had about 8 different prop firms and only found 1 I enjoyed. I’m glad to say this is number 2 and will continue to support them.

My experience with Funded Trading Plus has been transparent, their support team has always been helpful and provided timely responses as well. Even the community Discord has helped me with a question I had with my account. I appreciate the professionalism and the way they do business. Honest prop firm, they may not be the cheapest available due to additional VAT added for U.K. customers however one of the fairest and above board firms available. For this they have earned my loyalty as my go to company for trading. Support always quick to reply, payouts always quick to be initiated. No fuss, no hassle company. Can only recommend and will continue to trade on FTP platform

I applied for my evaluation with FTP at the beginning of October 2023. This was following a few months of market research and comparison - also waiting for favourable market conditions! The information presented by FTP and their style of communication was a big factor for me. The terms of use, rules and programme configuration are extremely clear. Compared to other firms I researched, I felt there was no ambiguity about the nature of the programmes offered by FTP and the firm's rules - there is definitely a more mature edge to the firm's marketing and approach to traders. On a final and slightly more instinctive thought, I think the type of character and level of care Simon demonstrates in both his videos and writings provide a much needed human element. From what I have seen, Simon and the team appear to be straight-talking and take both the firm and the trading industry seriously. Thank you, FTP, for the journey so far!

FT+ is the best Prop firm. I've been able to reach out to them when I have questions and they always respond. They were the first to have no time-limits on their accounts and that just goes to show they actually care about the trader rather than just trying to fail people for the fees.
