This is my first time getting a funded account with Trading Plus. Since I started with them, the customer service has been excellent. The withdrawal was processed in less than 24 hours. Mrs. Brown Scarlet was nice and I appreciate FTP fast and professional services.
Banning traders based on trading styles or use of margin. They’ll try to find away to deny your payout somehow. Had a few of other traders say the same Update incase they try to deny and say it’s false: They will send and email stating that use of hight margin utilisation ( which was slightly over 65%) however it was not a gamble or news setting, yet was given a warning and saying they will deny future payouts. But in their terms explaining high margin utilisation is not necessarily a problem. But presented at the issue was still was denied. Do check and connect with the people on discord there are a fair number of people who are experiencing issues where the trade platform closes trades or they face similar problems. They use risk factors or risk management as an excuse. Or saying trading style is not compatible. They were once a reputable company but now I don’t believe so.
Horrible service. Support team takes forever to get back to you when you have questions. I Purchased the funded account two weeks ago and have yet to get started. Genuinely believe they like wasting people’s time and money

Great firm overall. One thing I don't like is how long I have to wait before I get my funded account once I pass my evaluation. An opportunity can arise anyday and not being able to trade for 5-7 business days is too long in my opinion. Another firm provided me my funded account within the same hour.
