Ordered a custom mug for Father's Day which unfortunately was damaged in transit. Emailed Funcleshop and they arranged for a replacement straight away FOC! Thank you for the speedy and polite service team :)
The mug arrived broken, but customer service responded to my e-mail within a day and after sending pictures of the broken mug they sent over a free replacement which arrived a few days later in perfect condition.

Lettering was screwed up and they wouldn't replace it.
What made it great was that the it was a unique gift and I had options in styles. Also, the fact that she loved it!!! It was quality work. I’m looking forward to see more products online. Funny, goofy, flirty, encouraging phrases on products.
