I use lots of different online education options. Free2Learn is my favorite. Their quality is unmatched. The Teacher’s I've had have all been great. I hope I can continue taking more courses . I just hope I had the time. I had a great experience.

Learning was interactive and engaging. Lessons were via zoom but my tutor Lavonne, made it very interesting that I felt as though I was in the classroom physically. Support from her was very helpful and beneficial and she is passionate about helping every student achieve the aims of each topic. She makes sure we are all on the same page before moving on to the next topic. I will not hesitate to recommend her to anybody who wants to develop him or herself.

Free to Learn is the overall best experience I have had to date with any organisation of this kind. The standard of training is better than some of the privately run in house schemes of which I have previously participated. I was genuinely surprised at the level of support, personal encouragement, time and care taken to further myself and the other students. The facilities were great and made accessible for very enthusiatic students, so it was sometimes possible to come early and catch up. If a student is hard working and respectful these people will go the extra mile. Nothing but praise and gratitude. Thank you Free to Learn. - Steve

Looking forward to be learning much more from this Management and leadership course, i have never done anything like this before. But it helps when you have a good teacher who gives you the encouragement to interact. And takes the time to give you reassurance that if you do not understand something she is there to help. I expressed interest in taking a course but was unable to contact them due to illness. I received a disrespectful email. And my file was closed. I should have listened to my friend when she warned me about how unprofessional they were. They should be looked into.

Don't bother do SIA course with these thieves. They get money for the initial 3-4 weeks course from the college which they're supposed to pay for your SIA license with then they ignore you. They should be ashamed of themselves. I see them in the Hackney office walking around like they own the place but they're all a bunch of thieves. I will definitely be complaining this to Eastleigh College aswel. It was a waste of time doing them customer service courses. Its a shame the actual SIA instructors are ok but the office people are just a bunch of scammers. Shame on them

Finished my Business administration course 6 weeks ago and still haven't received my certificate. Sent emails and no reply. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service. They need to practice what they preach.

Having brain surgery learning new skills have proven difficult in the past but thanks to Free2Learn at Doncaster, I've learned new ways to overcome my hurdles. They were all great staff, Fantastic friendly atmosphere and very helpful to those that have difficulties/disabilities. Will definitely Recommend them.

Free2Learn are scammers, they will not give you your certificate until you make a complaint. The welding course is a complete joke. Also the admissions manager Ross believes the world owes him something.

I was very disappointed because first online teacher was unprofessional and there is very bad communication.I was waiting for last practical test or visit to some place so that it’s all completed but after many many months, I got no response and I don’t know who to contact. It is the worst school in the United Kingdom, the teachers are unprofessional, rude and disrespectful, especially the online teachers. Their communications skills are inexistent, worst customer service ever, they never answer the phone calls. When we finish a module or an exam they don't inform us what is going on, the teacher says they will contact you in a week but it is more like months if you are lock enough. It is really awful place to do a course, it looks like just a scheme using people to get money from the UK's Government because of the way they do things. Advice, look for another place to do your course, unless you like to be used as toilet paper, have loads of stress and waste months of your time with a course that should last a week or two.

I have been chasing this company or let's say trying to get someone to speak to me about my certificates,I finished 4week course back in May and business admin 2week course in August,I still haven't heard back ,I have emailed ,I have called ( million times) noone even picks the phone. So,how and where do you contact to get any response,really really disappointed and frustrated. As whoever do this courses wants to find a job to do better in life,but looks like they don't really care.... Sad really.... P.S. had to respond to Free2Learn automated answer....still haven't had chance to reach them ,the phone number,noone picks it up to answer,so still on unknown where I will get confirmation of the courses I done.

I was delayed for many many months for a course and no one ever got back to me. Everytime I reached out they would tell me I'd have to wait but every time I pressured them and told them I would complain, all of a sudden I'd get the results I wanted. It seemed like most of the staff members didn't care. When I got told I had to come in to do the physical exercises/work in the class room all we ever did was more writing and more revision and presentations, the funny part is we got taught THE WRONG stuff and the work was outdated. Free2learn need to improve the way they work, it was honestly really bad and their time keeping is the worst.

Great course and great staff at the Doncaster branch especially Toni May, Mike and Anthony were so helpful and made the whole process stressfree and were very supportive throughout the course and even when applying for the sia cctv badge. Great job guys definitely recommend Free2Learn Doncaster

My experience through free2learn it was the best. I met professional tutors they support me when I needed and I got an offer for job when I receive my certificate. I have been in the past in different courses but only in free2learn I get what they promise.

I did and passed and SIA course with them, despite passing the course I never received my badge, went to speak to them and was promised several times that they would sort this out, many a phone call that rings out too and yet...2 yrs later still nothing. I could be working but am having to look at doing another time wasting course. I have also made a complaint to SIA about Free2Learn...don't waste your time...

I was given a text to attend a 2 week SIA CCTV course, I accepted the course taking 2 weeks off work, after completing the first week, I came in the following Monday as they told me to do, and they are now telling me "your lesson isn't this week, we'll call you when to come in" VERY unorganized company if they had said that in the beginning I would booked off 1 week of work. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. TEACHERS CONSTANTLY LEAVE THE CLASS AND WOULD FAIL YOU BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE POWER TO.

I am a current learner at free2learn studying level 2&3 nail technology and have been in a class with an amazing teacher called Cheryl and lovely staff including Zara the makeup teacher and the security. I have learned amazing techniques which I know majority of nail artist can not do and won’t do. Even with COVID-19 restrictions and lockdown my teacher has kept me and the whole class up to date with our learning. I currently have started my own business as a nail technician while continuing the level 3 part of the course until June.
