I called on this company to quote for a repair to a door. A man informed me saying “You cannot get the spares” I replied that you can get the spares off the internet. This shows he had lied to me. He said “FRAMEMASTER will have to take responsibility for the repair” Of course you will have to take responsibility. If you undertake the job and get paid it is by default your responsibly. He then said FRAMEMASTER don’t want this type of work. This comment speaks volumes.

I had 3 quotes from recommended companies and Framemaster were not only the best but they also offered the most detailed quote with all my of my options upfront. From start to finish they whole team were professional and friendly and filled me with trust. Larry visited my home on two occasions to talk through my options and agree on my final design. When the windows were installed the team were fantastic. Always on time, never left early and worked around me and my family. I have two small children and they were always friendly with them and cleaned up throughout the day. We are so please with the final outcome; new windows front & back on 3 floors, 3 new doors and a new porch. They have totally transformed our home and instantly we have noticed the difference with noise reduction and keeping the heat in. I would 100% recommend Framemaster to anyone, without doubt!

After having several quotes from a wide range of window company’s we chose framemaster. To be honest they weren’t the cheapest but the service and product is by far the superior. I can not speak highly enough of this company. From james in the office and the first point of contact to the fitters on site, they was always polite and very good at their jobs, very professional! Mostly the pride in their work is second to none.Thank you Framemaster for a really special installation on our family home ...

We used Framemaster to replace all of our windows and doors and to add an orangery onto the rear of our house in Shirley. We engaged with a few companies but Framemaster really stood out. They were actually interested in our project and gave some inspirational ideas, many of which we decided to implement. There was also no hard sell - no chasing etc we made the decision in out our own time - when it was right for us. The work is amazing and added huge value to our house as we've now got loads more space (and light) downstairs. With any work like this, it's all about the finish and my husband is particular about that sort of thing and Framemaster absolutely nailed it.

We bought new front door and window for the inside of our porch from Framemaster and have been fully impressed with them. While not the biggest job they will ever win, everybody was extremely helpful - from the initial contact through to the guys who fitted it. The quality of the work is excellent and disruption was kept to an absolute minimum but the best thing is the comments from people when they arrive. We've gone from a drab looking, easy to break from door to a stylish modern look that has added security and value to our home.

What a company !!! We had our whole house revamped using the new Flush windows and also new Fascia and soffit works and Larry recommended the Aluminium guttering. We are so impressed and cant sing their praises enough, the installers were so friendly and clean it was a real relief. Already had neighbours say how much they love the works so I will be puushing them your way..

Some good points but mainly bad. I renovated an entire property and had around £25k of glass (plus a front door) from Framemaster so had a lot of interaction with the company to form an accurate picture about how they operate. I could go on forever about the catalogue of problems encountered on the project, surrounding the glass, some of which I'm prepared to lay at the feet of our builder, but many others were simply down to poor management/service from Framemaster. The issues themselves I could forgive, but I don't feel as charitable about the service in response, which mainly consisted of being totally ignored for extended periods of time at crunch points in the project. Whenever there was an issue their end which they couldn't dispute the blame was shifted onto their suppliers to absolve them of any responsibility. Although James, the company owner, frequently stated we were working together, it never felt that way as we had to go to war on every minor point. They will inevitably reply with lines to the tune of... 'We came out multiple times...' 'You had issues that weren't our fault...' 'We went above and beyond...' etc etc All of that might be true, but they came out multiple times and went above and beyond because they had no other choice due to obvious failings on their part. Ultimately, they did eventually install everything for the price quoted over the course of about 6 months and the guys who came to do the work were - in general - nice enough. That is what gets them to two stars. I was going to walk away from the whole experience and just call it quits without leaving any reviews, but when one of our windows randomly exploded last week (not through something hitting it, just breaking, as confirmed by the independent emergency glazier) I went to Framemaster expecting this to be covered by a warranty. We had after all paid £25,000 for glass from them not six months earlier, so I thought they may help us get this repaired given there was no outside interference and the product was simply faulty. But alas, I was told a bird had hit it and they could give me the number of someone locally who could repair it at my expense. Gee, thanks! This has set alarm bells ringing as it is now obvious any issues in future won't be covered by any warranty (well, without seriously going to war). So if you're contemplating a large project there's no way I can recommend Framemaster due to the issues during the works and the lack of cover afterwards. Smaller, lower risk works you'd probably be alright.

We used Framemaster to replace 2 bay windows and a porch. We contacted several companies with the quotes being pretty similar but the experience of dealing with them was worlds apart, no hard sell, nothing was too much trouble, we were given time to have a think about things, bounce ideas off them and get back to them with changes to our design. The fitters were brilliant, very clean and friendly and we are absolutely delighted with the final results - it's transformed our house. I have no hesitation in recommending them, they have been a pleasure to work with, you get the feeling they all have a genuine pride in the work they do. Will be using them again for future projects.

I had three quotes, for a conservatory, I chose Frame Master. I am always a bit iffy, choosing, but I can honestly say I made the right decision. Larry, Pete, and all their work force, were brilliant. I was overwhelmed, with the build, from start to finish. The attention to detail, the skill of the guys, polite, friendly, and nothing to much trouble.. Pete was at the end of the phone, anything you needed, he was there straight away, to sort it out, and always smiling, and calm. You could call as many times as you felt the need to, but I must say, I rarely needed to call him. I never felt stressed, in all the time they were there. everything went like clock work. They were always on time, worked hard, and always tidied up before they left. The finished conservatory, is amazing. Top Company, Frame Master. Well done guys, brick layers, frame installers, electrician, Plasterer, plumber, tiler. and john, the final touches. Thanks to you all. Want a conservatory, give them a call. Happy customer, Mr Tolliss

After walking into their showroom recently and meeting the owner my partner I opted to have a double Bi-fold door to open up the back of our property. The work commenced promptly and the installation team worked in a very professional manner. Having been a tradesman for 18 yrs I can't recommend this company enough, solely on the precision of the installation. Thoroughly pleased customer.

we chose frame master as they are a local family company who had also done work in our area and we were not disappointed but very pleased with their professionalism through the whole process and the quality of the product combined with their tidiness when fitting and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others

I have used Framemaster to build a conservatory a few years ago and was very pleased with the results. I therefore had no hesitation in using them to replace 5 double-glazed windows. The workmanship was excellent and the windows look great. They put dustsheets down everywhere so they could walk around the house without making a mess and cleaned up after themselves. Only issue was they broke two out of three brackets that secured a valance to a wooden blind which was annoying rather than catastrophic and windows need a thorough clean to remove marks where labels on glass were.

Framemaster have just replaced our old conservatory roof for the Warm roof tiling. It has made such a great difference the room now looks like part of the house, it is so warm and quiet in there. Also had a front porch door fitted that is excellent quality. The team were so friendly and professional from start to finish and tidied up after themselves. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent service and product. We had a bifold door installed. We needed the window removed and a bigger opening created. Larry and Peter were very helpful. The installers were neat and tidy and removed all the old brickwork with out mess or fuss. We are over the moon with job and glad we made the decision to have a larger bifold door fitted.
