I wanted to get a perfect gift for a Friend in Etobicoke and well..I GoT iT!!!! To be honest I wasn't so sure how the final result of the photo frame will be during the process placing the order but when I got a mail that my order was ready for pickup exactly 3 days after placing it I was amazed!!! And the Result was Lovely...Thank You!!!

I was really hopeful for this company, however, the process of ordering and their support is not great. I initially called the company after trying to upload digital copies of my children's artwork which resulted in distorted images. I was told that I should email their support with the exact details of what I wanted and was inquiring about. I did this to the letter. Included exact dimensions. mat type, frame type and that I was inquiring about 7 pieces of art. The response from customer service was "Hi Andrea, We have received your order submission for 2 pcs. If your artwork is physical please use this path" Rather than responding to my questions or paying attention to exactly what I was looking for, that was the response. It kills me when companies want your business however do not listen to you or what you need. I'll post once we receive the artwork based on what I was able to upload and provide feedback on the quality at that time. Until then, I will not be ordering any more products from this company. If they can't do the work to actually answer the questions emailed to them, after having me call them about the inquiry, to begin with, it does. not warrant my time.

The quality of the frame I received was amazing however staff at the front need more training on professionalism. I was quite turned off to be honest. My friend and I walked in and the lady at the front was on the telephone. We sat on the bench and politely waited however, we were not even acknowledged. I would think that after being on the phone for 5 minutes after us walking in, she would at least pause her phone call and advise us she would be with us shortly but that never happened. She continued her conversation as if she didn't have customers sitting in the lobby. We were eventually assisted by an very nice Indian lady who made up for the other ladies lack of professionalism.

For the wall that we wanted to put our wedding photos on, standard sizing didn’t quite fit so I needed a custom sized print and frame - and Frame Haus delivered! The colours on the print were so vivid and exactly as it looked digitally and the frame feels sturdy, looks exactly like what I selected and I’m so happy with the fast turnaround time.

I could not be more happy with how my frame turned out. Customer Service was always so quick to respond and so helpful. It was a little nerve-racking sending my artwork all the way across the country to get framed but Frame Haus had exactly what I was looking for so I went for the risk. I'm so happy I did! The framed it EXACTLY as I requested and it was relatively fast for being shipped across the country, framed and back. Thank you so much for creating a beautiful frame for our beautiful artwork - I can't wait to get it up on the wall!

Wonderful customer service experience, great communication with Keshav in order to get the end products I had in mind. He really made sure everything was perfect before producing the project. 5 beautiful framed canvases in our son's room that we can't get tired of looking at. Highly recommend and will surely contact them again for future projects.

I had never used these guys for printing before so I was nervous about the website system - you buy a 'code' and then apply that afterwards when uploading your print. But it all worked smoothly and customer service were awesome in the meantime, explaining what the next step was and helping me work out what my print would look like on a canvas wrap. The quality pf the finished print was awesome too. I wish I'd gone larger like they recommended!

Better than expected. The picture online did not do this painting justice. In person the colours are so cheerful and uplifting. I recommend using this provider for your artwork. Thank you!

I am extremely happy that I opted ArtMaison. Quality of the product is amazing. Canvas is not that cheap quality that you see on most of the stores. It is thick and I like the texture that make the paintings unique. Would definitely recommend. 👍
