I ordered a Nikon 400mm f2.8 TC for z-mount on november the 21st. I had an urgent need for that lens due to a photographic trip. Before the online order I wrote to the company to make sure the product was really available and ready for an immediate dispatch to my house. I was confirmed by Mr. Wolters in writing that the lens was available. After a couple of days from my order and related payement, since the lens was not shipped yet, I wrote to the same emplyee to ask for help. I received empty words describing a generic help. I therefore canceled the order. The only positive part of the experience was that I got my money back on my paypal account in 1 hour. I do not think I will order again from this shop. My only question is why such a big shop rely on commercial standards that are so low.

B+W UV-FILTER MRC nano MASTER. Der Filter ist wirklich richtig gut. Im Bild gar keine sichtbaren Schärfeverluste, aber die Kontraste wirken besser. Man könnte kritisieren, dass er nicht mehr - wie früher - in einer Plastikbox kommt, aber dafür ist er in einem schicken Lederetuit in einer Hartpappenschale angekommen. Er war sauber. Das Lederetuit ist für meine Zwecke im Kameragepäck geeigneter, als die sperrige Plastikverpackung (die ich ohnehin immer zuhause lassen würde).

Ich habe mit einer 1-Stern-Bewertung dem Unternehmen unrecht getan und diese wieder gelöscht, nachdem ich erfahren habe, dass das so ersehnte Paket bei der Zustellung verloren ging. Nach 3 Monaten wurde mir der Betrag refundiert.

I ordered two Nanlite lamps and a few other items on Saturday. All in stock for immediate dispatch on Monday. At the purchase stage, they also offered additional premium delivery to ensure delivery on Monday. It wasn't necessary, but bought it. To definitely be sure that they'll send it as soon as possible. After payment I received confirmation e-mail that all goods are in stock and will be shipped immediately. On Monday I received a letter that the required number of lamps isn't available. That is, one seems to be there, but two are not. And that since I’m not in Germany (I'm in the EU, but that doesn’t matter to them anyway), they can’t make a partial shipment. And they write that I have to wait TWO WEEKS!!! The style of communication in correspondence is as if it were my own fault. No excuses, no steps to meet the client. It was so easy to send what they already have in stock, and when the missing lamp arrives, send that too. Nothing. I believe that what matters is how a company performs, not when everything is going well, but when something is going wrong. In this case, the company showed itself as disgustingly as possible, despite the fact that it was 100% their mistake. Yes, and after ordering the lamps were still in stock on Saturday, but not on Sunday. In general, I don't recommend it. Irresponsible, impolite behavior. Information about availability cannot be trusted. No help and no compromise. UPDATE AFTER F-E ANSWER 1. No one apologized. Only in 4th letter - "we are sorry, that you don't like service. You can cancel order". And it looked after other letter - It's your problem, that you don't like service (sorry, but where is service, there was no at all). 2. Question isn't in Premium delivery, without it Monday was promised. 3. I'm in EU. What custom procedures? 4. I have to understand that the stock cannot be displayed instantly, reliable.? Why I have? In that case it's you have to inform about it customers at your site? Before they spend money? And not to promise? 5. Offer to cancel order? Ok, I got in 4th letter. And no any info about moneyback and it's terms. Also I read fwe comments, that moneyback wasn't fast with you. And what decision do I have to do? 6. Yes I'd like to get partial delivery, you know my e-mail, we can discuss options. Or I have to write again to ms Alexandra? I don't want.
