I have previous IT experience.it was from developer side. But I wanted to change IT technician Role. one of my friend recommended Fortray. So immediately I spoke to Fortray team to get training. They enrolled me to the boot camp and trained me for the exam. After finishing my certification from the Microsoft. They started to train me for the interview. Actually they moulded me for the real interview. They had provided all the materials to prepare for the exam and for real interview as well. I joined this course with a pure aim to change my field from retail into IT sector , I am learning a lot every day specially with online labs which gives an insight around what exactly take place in real job world and help in building confidence to secure job in IT . Course so far is going good with lots of resources shared , our tutor Usman has got broad knowledge around Microsoft world and always clear our doubts with real world examples . It's been a great learning process and the course content has been quite enriching. I must also add that my trainer, Usman Lodhi did his very best to impart the required knowledge. It was a delight having him as my trainer, his patience and willingness to bend backwards to carry everyone along is worthy of note. But, I have just one reservation, Support didn't do much to respond to a request I made about being granted access to the Case Study folder on Uteach despite my emails to that effect.

The teachers were knowledgeable and dedicated. They provided support sessions whenever additional support was needed. Positive learning experience that I truly enjoyed as my teacher Mr. Usman Lodhi dedicated himself to educating all of us with fun-filled real-life relatable examples with his teaching.

Usman lodhi Teacher is amazing, Labs are very simple even a starter can learn it very fast. We need a more classes.
