The customer service/support team and the instructors were great. The labs were user-friendly. However, it would be nice to make the MD102 labs available for students as the MD100 labs. Also, I think that because we are being examined or tested on the MD-102 labs, more time should be spent on these labs instead of MD1000 as was the case.

Very friendly and professional approach and all the meeting agenda explained well and cleared the doubts patiently.
Avoid this scam of a company at all costs. They lure their victims with job guarantee and charge high fees for training £2500 for full time IT support engineer program. NOTE: your money will never get out of their hands no matter what happens even if you don't get a job in a year. They lie on resumes and tell you to lie, the training is not adequate to get a job in the required field. The force and cajole students to write reviews with good ratings very early on in the training so that their scam will not be exposed.
