I'm not good at examinations, never have been, but with a most informative and easy to learn program, I passed the level 2 EHO course first time. Thank you for the experience, far better than the dentist!!
The process was easy and the course straightforward to follow. The course did not need to be completed at one go. Your progress was saved and it was easy to resume next time you logged in
Poor quality of presentation. Poor explanations. Irrelevant test questions. Will be looking for a much better provider of training.

Easy to use and very helpful for CPD
I am very happy with this online course however I’m left wondering what questions I got wrong & this could potentially be considered a hazard. Is it possible to rectify this please …. Then it certainly will get 5 stars from me. Thank you.

Legislation section was hard to absorb and not necessarily relevant for all staff, never remembered and would be looked up in the future if needed. Regular tests at the end of each unit were helpful. The final test had no way to review the 3 incorrect answers for continued learning. There were about 3 questions where the question was not clear, either way final result clarification would be helpful.
There was a lot of reading. It took me 5hrs spread over 2 days but eventually it went in and I got 100% on each intermediate quiz (sometimes after reviewing the content). So when I only got 90% at the end I wanted to know why; what were the 3 questions I didn't get right? But there is no way of reviewing the results or revisiting the course once passed.
Excellent would highly recommend this course , each section you do a quiz at the end, it’s clear and precise and the exam at the end is perfect. I would recommend you do the whole course in one day as then everything you are learning is fresh. I will do other courses with them if I need them.

Great program for those who handle food. Very easy to sign up too and excellent content. In terms of pricing only £12 inc vat. Other sites price £20.

i found this course very good and course was laid out to use for anybody also liked the little tests after each section which helped with the final exam i will be using this company as they have quite a few exams that will help me with my work i did my food safety course to work in my churches kitchen ie doing coffee mornings etc thank you so much for this course i found it very enjoyable
Excellent course , very comprehensive in detail and easy to follow through, especially useful that its possible to fit doing the course around other commitments. Final exam was clear to follow but it would have been useful to know what my two mistakes were.
Easy to use course. Useful to be able to do it online and pause when family commitments get in the way. Personally a bit irritated that I made 3 mistakes in the exam- I would have liked to see my mistakes! Following a very helpful personal reply to my review, I fully appreciate the reasons why incorrect answers to the exam cannot be given. I also should have added to my initial review that this seems to be by far the cheapest provider of the food hygiene certificate, £12 (£10+vat) compared with £20 from other providers.
Very easy to sign up as a new customer and pay for the course - it covers everything you need and I got my certificate emailed to me the same day after purchasing and completing the course. Highly recommended.
Great course. Easy to follow but the email I received to say I passed didn’t have an attachment link to download and print my certificate. What am I supposed to do?
