Focalprice is the online shop more fastest i have seen, sometimes they are more slow but is rarely, the items are of good quality. I have bought a hyndred time in focalprice and the items always arrive in my home, when i have a problem with one or dont arrive, they resend or refund.

I started using Focalprice when they first opened. I had a few problems with wrong items being shipped out and there customer service wasnt to good so i stopped buying from them for a while. Recently i was looking for some new stock for my shop and i thought i would give Focalprice another try. Im so glad i did because they have improved 100%. Shipping times are now very quick and there customer service is as good if not better than my other suppliers. If your looking for great bargins at great prices then i would highly recommend Focalprice.

Unlike DX, items labelled as 'In Stock', are usually in stock, but if not, a refund is quickly sent to PayPal for the missing item before the order is packaged so an alternative item can be added. DX often hang onto an order for weeks if some items aren't readily available, rather than send what they do have first. Customer enquiries are also handled more efficiently with usually a quick response to a query - even a live connection during office hours to service personnel who can resolve an issue while on an on-line chat.
