The ladies who I dealt with, Eloise Hall & Ava Dwyer were friendly and approachable, unlike many IT experts I've dealt with in the past. Ava Dwyer in particular was extremely professional and patient in helping me with the setup of my system. I'm not an IT expert but she made everything very easy, was always available to answer queries and very personable. The FLG system is easy to use & flexible compared with other systems I've used. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the FLG product & Eloise & Ava to anyone.

Platform is easy to navigate. Features and tools are what I need to management leads effectively. Set up and onboarding was hassle-free, Ava went above and beyond to ensure the onboarding process was as smooth as possible.

First time users of FLG CRM. Our implementation manager, Ava, was extremely helpful and polite. Over several weeks she helped us customise the CRM to use a variety of custom statuses, workflows and dozens of template emails along with a custom API integration. We now have our CRM fully integrated into various online forms, external databases and we also have our google calendar and dialler synchronised with the CRM. Overall a brilliant experience, Highly recommended.

Extremely average at best. No real development has been done for years and certainly since Clear Course bought them out. Now they want to lock you into long term contracts - a thing of a past and shows their insecurities. There are so many other platforms out there that offer far more for less. Oh, and they tend to have lots of downtime and patching issues. Stay away!

I have been a client of FLG for over 10 years. Their product is first rate and all staff are a breath of fresh air. Anyone looking for a top class Case Management Sustem need to seak to me. The platform itself is good, but the lack of support and development is a huge red flag. There's not been a new update since March of 2023, and the support team seem to take an age to answer emails and pretty much never pick up the phone. What makes the lack of development even more obvious is that they have a feedback/feature request section, and not a single one of the posts have had so much as a reply in over a year. It's very disheartening as we were sold on the idea of a UK company with UK support and a company actively making changes and improvements to their product, but we're now looking to migrate to one of the more mainstream CRM systems that have active development and support systems in place

We have been using FLG as the CM system for our recruitment activities for just over a month and it has revolutionised our overall efficiency by 100%. It is easy to use and to integrate and works very well for us.

Reece and Dan who I have dealt with since July last year have been great. Open to suggestions on the platform and are more than happy to assist my team with any technical issues we come up against. Highly recommend this platform if you are just starting out as its all very “Done For You” already.

The system is easy to use, txt cost more than other CRM support use to be quite good but last month or so can never get hold of them. and the system been dong down a lot when you paying for 10+ people can work without really annoying. they system is getting better with working with other platform but is still behind others we been thinking of changes to other not sure if it worth the work as we had it for over 4 years now. the main reason for staying is phone support if it does not get better we might as well leave as the main reason we stayed and not wanting to work to move over. but support just ring out these day Staff feedback: staff find the system easy to use they and like the workflows. But the email tends to end up in junk not matter what we do to them. 18/18/2021 The system is just going bad to worst taken it down to a 1 stare now never pick up the phone. also, more and more problem is coming in to the system. bulk acution is hit and miss and now my auto e-mail are not working say it our outlook but it you look on there system it shows is as well 19/3/2021 The system seems to be working again if it stays up I will be happy and they are putting some up dates it work with zapper and leadbright ok it doing it job

Very happy with FLG CRM, we have used a lot of systems in the past that require a lot of man power to drive. However this CRM is very quick and the automation and bulk processes are simple and easy to use and in my opinion is built to scale quickly. 5* from us us
