Expensive delivery fee. Other caterers which are equally good charge only $5. Also, you charge a separate handling fee. Why the distinction between delivery and handling there? An excuse to charge more? Also, I don't like the fact that the GST is not calculated into the price of items, quite misleading. And also there is additional cost for disposable plates, cups forks, spoons. Some other caterers I use offer that FREE.
Very helpful on first contact. Were willing to vary their menus to suit our function. Food/beverages arrived on time. Food was delicious and the staff were courteous and helpful. Great value for money and would have no hesitation in recommending Flavours to anyone planning a function.

First time customer - and we were really happy with the food; it was fresh, looked great and tasted just as good. The vegie/GF box went in a flash - and the salads were a big hit too. Everything turned up on time and was presented beautifully.

Fast and reliable. Only con is that they can't do deliveries under $100 - however extra points to them for honouring our request regardless as a one off :)

This is the 2nd time Flavours catered one of our events and again they didn't disappoint. Plenty of food, great quality and amazing staff.
Flavours provided a fantastic 'make your own hamburger and waffle' stand. The food was delicious, easy to assemble with lots of variety, and spot on for our theme party. The way the food was displayed added to the over all look we were trying to create. Behind the scenes - both before and after the event - Flavours were helpful, easy to deal with and professional.

I was nervous about using a new catering service, quality, communication - are they going to deliver on time etc?...... but....from responding to my email and phone enquiries down to the deliveries on the day, Flavours service was faultless. Everyone was happy with(and commented on) the variety and quality of food (Poke bowls and Salads were extremely popular and well received). From my first time experience with Flavours, I was not let down, the guests enjoyed the food and I would not hesitate to use Flavours again.
