Great company to deal with, unfortunately original fire we wanted had a delay on it but Flame Crafters gave us great options and remedied the situation.

I telephoned and spoke to Dan with a couple of pre purchase questions. He was most helpful. I purchased my stove online and the stove was delivered within a week as Dan said it would. The courier company telephoned to arrange delivery time and date. I couldn’t ask for more !!
