Goods as ordered, good quality. Delivery delayed no doubt due to current demand and would have liked some advice on same. Enquiries were however promptly responded to. Have used this company before & recommend them for service and quality.

Ordered a flag which was very simple. Received a confirmation email so that I knew that I had placed the order correctly. Subsequently received an email confirming processing and the order then arrived. I only gave four stars because once confirmation was received it went quiet. I looked on the web site to see how long it normally takes to receive an order but I couldn’t find anything, is it one week, two or three? I have just placed a second order and hope that the product arrives in about two weeks time but I have no idea whether this will be the case. Also whilst order specifics, size is obvious, so is things like eyelets but I had to guess about material type. Unless I missed the info on the website, not being an expert, it’s difficult to determine which material is the most suitable. Hope these comments are helpful.

The flag is excellent, I'm very pleased. Not used it in Anger yet, but no reason to expect any problems. delivery was a little slower than expected, and some tracking information/expected delivery date etc. would have been useful, as it was required for a specific event (hence 4 rather than 5 stars), but the communication from the team when I made contact allayed any worries and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

This flag turned out even better than I hoped! My original sloppy drawing was made crisp and clean! The workers at Mr.Flag even improved on the instructions I gave them. My custom request called for 3 lines on either side of a gear going across the feild. They made the end of the lines curve around the gear, something I did not even think of but which made it look so well framed! There’s clearly a lot of talent and skill at Mr.Flag! Also it was really affordable and the shipping was quite fast and cheap for coming all the way from the UK to the US! I will definitely be using Mr.Flag in the future!

I ordered the 4'x4' Revolutionary War flag of 13th Massachusetts Regiment. I read about it many years ago in a reference book on the war, but there was no accompanying illustration. Mr. Flag's stunning design matches the description I read. The artwork is simple, but it conveys a powerful message about why its men fought. The flag arrived fairly quickly for an overseas shipment. The package was intact with no sign of damage. I plan to hang the flag in my man cave where I play tactical war games with miniatures representing the armies that fought in the Revolution.

I ordered a Flag on May 25th There has been a delay in delivery, but MrFlag responded to my inquiry, and I await the arrival. The flag ships from the UK to Portugal which guarantees tardiness as Portugal does nothing to expedite packages. I was contacted by Customs on July 17th. The package is finally on it's way to me. Except for the 3 week delay in shipping my item. MrFlag's service was good. Total time for delivery: 1 month 22 days.
