Very very slow. Didnt do what they promised. I asked for quick delivery they decided to go with Royal Mail.. I paid £9 for special delivery which supposed to come with dpd but came 3 days afterwards with regular delivery!

Really nice personal service ring them and the guy sent pictures to me options for the flag I wanted with extra emblems on corners of narf of his fire service and ATC and I could have had his football team emblem too it was very beautifully made and good quality. Looked great in the casket and we put on buffet table too . Wouldnt hesitate to use them again lynda Jervis .

Mr Flag provided a very good service. Easy to use website and quick delivery. I purchased a Manchester United coffin drape for my husbands funeral, it matched our theme of wearing Manchester united shirts in he's memory. The drape was of very good quality. It exceeded my expectations.

I can't praise this company enough for going the extra mile to ensure we had a Northumbrian flag to drape over my mother's coffin. With a very small window in which to produce and dispatch the coffin drape. They contacted me immediately on receipt of the order and ensured we had what we needed ( I'd ordered the wrong thing) and turned the whole order around in under 48 hours. On arrival today it is a high quality item and well worth the reasonable price we paid. Mum's heritage was extremely important to her and the fact that we have the means to honour that on her last journey means the world.
