We would use Fizber again! This saved us so much money and time. It was a great way to get our property in the MLS for the exposure, but not having to pay a listing agent. Anytime we had questions they promptly got back to us and were always willing to help. We highly recommend Fizber.

I'm not surprised this business isn't BBB accredited. I should have done my due diligence first. There are plenty of other services out there, I'd advise you look elsewhere for free FSBO services. They nagged me every week to sign up for the MLS service and asked me how the selling was going when I told them, they said and I quote: "Due to your displeasure with us your Redfin and Fizber free FSBO listing has been deleted". Hahaha, I mean how juvenile can a company be and still remain in business?

After having carefully crafted sales flyers and seller disclosures for my home, I put the house For Sale on Zillow and added a Fizber listing. I wanted to get it on Redfin, so I debated what to do. I decided to purchase an MLS listing through Fizber. Before I had time to finish submitting my MLS listing (in 24 hours), I had two showings and an offer in hand. By 48 hours, I had another showing and another offer. I accepted one of the offers. Lynn Chapman at Fizber refunded the MLS fee, easy peasy. Therefore I had a pending FSBO contract above listing price with no contingencies in 48 hours, even without an MLS listing. I credit a combination of factors including my beautiful property and adequate preparation. But I am also happy to say I had good experiences with Zillow and Fizber.

Buyer beware. I dont believe this rating on Trust Pilot. I am from the mortgage industry and you can have anyone do a rating. Trust Pilot is a good place but Fizber is so corrupt ~ they would not refund my money even though when my listing hit the MLS the photos doubled and tripled and disappeared. Use a realtor or do Zillow dont do this company. They have a disclaimer on their site once you buy that says if your photos dont load email them to us, that is NOT what I paid for I paid to do it myself and also to have control. Their system obviously doesnt integrate with the MLS correctly. Also my listing information was a mess, I had professionals I know calling saying get that off and Fizber agreed it was a mess and took it off the MLS but refused to give me my money back. Criminals!

I search the web for many hours and finally found Fizber.com. In minutes I opened an account, paid the reasonable fee, and was connected to a local realtor. I filled out the questionnaire and was listed on the MLS by the end of the day. The very next day people were calling for information and my house sold for full price. I saved $29,320.00 in commission. With that, I bought a new car. The title company handled all the paperwork and the realtor gave me guidance. A perfect deal.

Excellent experience. All I had to do was take great photos and write a great description. Fizber saved me 3% on 570,000. Which is $17,100. Well worth it

People really friendly and professional. Barely got the listing active and received a call from buyer within a day to look at house. They offered more than what I listed for, praise Yahweh!

Yes, Fiber did get me into the MLS which has been crucial to selling my home since agents won't bring clients unless you're in the MLS and willing to pay at least a buyers agent fee. My gripe is that Fizber just contacted another company in Florida who had that ability even though I'm in NC) and marked up what that company charged. All I needed was the MLS listing and Fizber provided no added value.

I am retired, had the time, and thought I could manage selling by myself. But I needed the MLS and buying agents to bring people to us. After researching several "for sale by owner" sites, I narrowed down to two. I chose Fizber because they also were based on the west coast (the other was in NY), and Lynn was so clear and helpful when I asked for information. Our listing went live on a Wednesday about 3:30 PM. By 2:30 PM the next day we signed a contract for $30K over our listing price. Fizber's service worked perfectly for us! Stacie, the listing agent in Washington state that Fizber works with, was great to communicate with via email. I will say that doing FSBO is not for the faint of heart, nor for people who don't have paperwork skills or some business savvy. And it takes time. But for our situation, it was the perfect solution, and saved us over $14K in commissions, after deducting what we spent for signs, professional photos, etc. (Which might normally be paid for out of the selling agent's commission.) Lynn was especially helpful in walking me through the process before I signed on. Get the $375 package with 25 photos, pay a professional photographer, have a real estate attorney lined up in case you need help reviewing the contract, select a title and escrow company and open preliminary escrow and get a file number you can include with your listing. And offer the buying agent a 3% commission (so they're motivated), price it right, and the showings and a sale will follow. I am super satisfied. Thanks Lynn and Fizber!

I tried over 24 hours ago to list my land for sale and it is still on 15 %. And of course no views as it has never completed listing.

What a plethora of knowledge and advice! This was a less stressful experience with Lynn. I was cautious that it was a scam initially but this is an incredible service that no one else is going to provide without compensation. The appraisal was key to my house selling at top value! Thank you

Lynn At Fizber .com Helped me with every step of the listing process because I'm not very good on the computer. I sent them the link for the photos and the 3D walk thru and they loaded it all for me. The listing went live at 7:30 Friday night and by noon Sat. I showed it to 3 people and had 2 offers. Took the full price cash one. It was really amazing I could not have even got through the listing process with out her help! So for $320 fee Plus 2.5% I offered to the buyer's agent I saved $6,855 Thanks Guys!

I listed a property with Fizber's free option last year. There was some sort of initial glitch which kept them from approving my ad until someone from their staff contacted me (I got an online pop-up telling me). A week later they still hadn't contacted me to confirm and approve my ad. So, I ended up having to contact them multiple times to get it straightened out. Then came the replies after they published it. I assumed my phone number would be kept private. I didn't put it in the ad because I didn't want all the spammers calling me. Didn't matter though. They give it out to anyone who clicks on your ad and asks for your contact info. I ended up with so much spam calling that I had to change my phone number. I finally ended up removing my ad from their site. Lastly, Fizber will NEVER STOP SPAMMING your email. I have clicked the "If you would like to unsubscribe and stop receiving these emails" link at the bottom of their spammy emails at least once a month for nearly a year now and I still get regular email from their "Home Sales Consultant". I just got another one from them today which is why I finally decided to post this review.

I listed my home using free option. Interested parties are supposed to contact me via email. No phone number is listed. However...I received 15 phone calls from realtors almost immediately. My name and phone number are now on a list. They don't make that clear!

I am a female landlord in Los Angeles, & was having trouble finding an interested, qualified tenant for my duplex. I heard from a colleague that you could go on the internet & do a DIY MLS listing with some help from a broker so that is exactly what I did. I found various companies that offered the service, but I chose Fizber because of the great personal service of their staff, especially Lynn & Marilyn. After filling out the paperwork & attaching photos, my MLS listing was up & running. Immediately, I received many inquiries on the property. One of these leads turned out to be now my future tenants; I even had to turn people away. I will definitely use this service for any future rentals.

I listed my home for free on Fizber. The free listing wa great but I need to sell quickly so I bought the mls listing too. There was some paperwork to fill out but Fizber staff was very helpful in assisting. It required some work but I saved a lot of money. Would list with them again. Mls listing is a no brained for anyone trying to sell and save $$

Unlike the negative ads I read on Fizber web, my experience with Fizber was the best as a first time for sale by owner listing with Fizber. Marilynn was very competent and helpful in guiding and helping me and would not give up on me, despite not being technically savvy, until I was happy as a customer and successfully listed my home with quick results in two days. I will definitely go back to Fizber if I had another home to sell. I would strongly recommend Fizber to future customers. And Marilynn is a great asset to Fizber. You will be happy as a customer looking for results with Fizber. Comments from a NY MD of 35 years.
