Rapid delivery, robust threads and fittings - obvs not tested yet as we haven't had a fire but so far so good!

Good company for fire extinguishers but did not get any communication to let me know when my order would be delivered. Delivery charge was very high for the service. And my subsequent e mail was not replied to. So good company but communication could be improved I have been asked by trust pilot for more information. I cannot give anymore than what my review already stated as I aslo explained to you I am deaf so you cannot phone me. My review is a genuine opinion on the service recieved.

Purchased a fire extinguisher with carry rack. Seems to be really good quality. Hopefully we will never need to find out if the product is as good as it is aesthetically. The service and price was great too.

Not only did they not deliver the goods and services amounting to around £600. I had to open a case on PayPal to get a refund. They have then uploaded tracking information for part of the Order to paypal which was some extinguisher stands (that did finally arrive) but uploaded the tracking for that to make it look like the whole order was delivered. They still have my money and still on a merry go round that they seem to take everybody on it seems. I am going to thier premises today and won't be leaving without the refund. Its a simple business transaction gone sour but unfortunately for them I take being messed around personal. I suggest everyone head over to Google to look at the reviews on there aswell. They shouldn't be trading.

This is the worst company I've ever purchased from. I ordered several items and returned a few, which I had to pay for out of pocket. To make matters worse, they charged a large restocking fee, which I believe is not legal. It's been several months since they received my returned items, but I have yet to receive my refund. Every time I email or call them, they provide a new excuse and claim that the refund is on its way. I plan to report this company to gov.uk and tradingstandards.uk. If you've had similar experiences, I encourage you to do the same. This company needs to be investigated and shut down.

I have place an order on Monday and by Friday I still didn’t have it delivered. I was lied 3 times over the phone that the delivery was due on the day I called. Didn’t turn up. Asked for a tracking number and told tes sure but nothing. Terrible company!!!! I will never use their services !!

What went wrong!!! Absolute 0 points for customer service Firstly the item came damaged Then I wanted a refund I did not want replacement I don't live anywhere near a disposal site & had to pay for a damaged good supplied by this uncaring company for it to be disposed of They should be ashamed of themselves & their staffs attitude on the phone

The Fire Protection Shop products were faulty so a return was requested, after 5 weeks of waiting for a courier collection and multiple failed attempts due to the wrong address being given to the courier, the products were returned at my expense with the promise of a refund and reimbursement for postage costs. Over 2 months later still no refund so have had to resort to claiming a chargeback via the Credit Card. EDIT: A partial refund has now been received but not the full amount even though the whole order was returned.

The product arrived very quickly. It was well packaged and looks like it should do the job well should we ever need it.

Small delay in delivery but otherwise excellent great kit well worth the money will use again.

Realised I needed to update the fire protection in a rented property. Found everything I needed at the Fire Protection Shop. Package was a good price. Delivered quickly. Job done.

I bought a Flat Pack Construction Fire Point Safety Pack 3 to sit outside on my building site, which is shown on the website as a complete solution, a trolly, waterproof cabinet and extinguishers. All arrived save and sound as advertised. No complaints. It was only when I came to assemble it that I realised the cabinet doesn't actually attach to the trolly, it just perches unevenly on a raised tray. One attempt to move it and all the extinguishers fall off. I called up and the only advice from their (admittedly helpful and knowledgable advisor) was for me to figure out the fixing myself, wasting my time and costing my money. No where is this issue mentioned on their website. For a company that cheerfully informs on their phone of their intention to be the best in the UK. I would say they fall far short.
