The goods we ordered were out of stock, so the company very kindly called to say they’ll be upgrading, but then we never received delivery when we changed. The customer service advisor was less than helpful and thought we should be happy. It’s been upgraded and we would’ve been if we received them when she said we had to wait a further week and eventually the goods arrived but unfortunately not in time for the project we were doing we can use one another project It’s not a problem, goods and upgrade with nice customer service lacking poorly

When I ordered my items I left prompt instructions to leave behind black bin. Driver turned up first time wouldn’t do what I asked. Day two rebook again the driver turned up I spoke to him on my camera. Told him what and where to leave, he turned round said needed to be signed for speck to my manager. I said could you give to the lady over the road he totally engorged me threw my package on the side door drove off. I then contacted fire Protection shop as soon as possible to explain this. Next thing I received an Email saying I’d been abusive to the driver. This I have all on recorded message. The following day I received text and Email to say they were delivering again? This afternoon receiving an email to say my order had been cancelled. I’m still awaiting a full refund on my money. Fire protection shop soon took my money when I placed the order but don’t seem to won’t to refund my money when Iv done nothing wrong and have evidence.

Two of the units sent were the wrong type. Emailed them and was told we've sent better ones with wi-fi. Not true, wi fi modules are extra cost which I pointed out to them. No reply from the company then.
