The normal application by text has been absolutely great. Replies are almost immediate and the money transfer is once again nearly immediate. If there is a query at any time the call centre has always been very good. However, I did receive a text after using Ferratum a few times, offering me a further loan upgrade for a larger loan over a longer period. When I did apply, it was instantly rejected, much to my surprise. The only option was a text loan which was accepted straight away. But the repayment of this was over twice the monthly cost which I had been rejected for. I just don't understand.?

I have been a customer for a long time I missed on payment , so set it up to go out the next month and now keep getting refused

Very easy and convenient to use, text service is very quick to use although if you do prefer to call you always get through to someone who is more than willing to help. No problems so far. Would be great to have a monthly loan but these seem to be harder to get : (

OK to get a mini loan but not an installment loan

Took out a £300 Plus Loan. After a couple of days I had enough money to pay them back, so paid the loan and the interest due. Now they refuse every loan application I make. They claim my circumstances have changed, but nothing has. Clearly the fact I paid early meaning they missed out on nearly 3 months of interest has annoyed them. They're only interested in loaning you money as long as they can make the full amount of profit out of you! Response to Ferratum You declined my Micro Loan application, 2 minutes before accepting my Plus Loan application. If the requirements of a Micro Loan are lower than the Plus Loan (as your response indicates) then that makes no sense. Since I paid in full my credit score has increased, so your refusal to loan to me is clearly your decision. As a business that's your right to loan to who you choose. But to say it's for any reason other than you failed to gain from the previous loan is a lie.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I took a loan out with them, no problems payed it back early, then few later logged into my account and was in the process of getting another loan,they sent me a 4 degit code to continue application, then it froze saying communction error! So when I tried to log back into my account, it said none of my details were known, neither was I?? Considering I just logged in 5 minutes before, this is unprofessional, they obviously have a system where they put blocks onto customer accounts and remove them from there system, and play dumb, AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE..

Best I've used ... struggle to get credit anywhere because of previous problems but these are great ... not much interest either and fast payment deposits ... would definitely recommend
