Gerät im Dezember 2023 gekauft, gelegentliche Nutzung mit < 200W, Betriebsstunden < 30hrs Gerät qualmt und geht dann aus. Wenn es schon mit 200W nicht klarkommt, wie soll es dann 1800W schaffen? Ein bekante Youtuber bewirbt dieses Gerät als "Peter Inverter" und daraufhin hab ich mir das Gerät ebenfalls zugelegt. Ich kann nur sagen, Finger weg von diesen Wechselrichtern, Lehrgeld bezahlt. Achja, natürlich erfolgt keine Reaktion auf meine Kontaktaufnahme - wie bei Verkäufern in China üblich.

Fake Shop! The only functionality is the payment via paypal. Money gone. No email confirmation whatsoever. Mail to contact email address: mail delivery failed. Order cancellation: no reply. Actually I try solving the problem with the kind help of paypal to get my payment back.
I am a truck driver and was looking for reliable power converter for my daily uses in the truck (making a tea, coffee and using multiple cooker). After installing the inverter into my truck cooking took to another level. I used to use a portable gas stove. Not anymore. Multi cooker does everything. Not anymore spending time to cook. Nice and easy. My inverter can supply just enough power to support the multi cooker (700watt) and the kettle(1000 watt). Inverter I purchased is 1800 watt pure sinus one. Do not think twice just choose the fchao brand. you won't be disappointed of your choice.
I ran into a problem with the website not functioning properly and not confirming my purchase. Luckily, I was able to contact a seller representative through Facebook Messenger, who helped me resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. The item seems well-made and is working perfectly from what I can tell so far.
I ordered and paid two inverters a week ago but haven't received any confirmation yet, and e-mail to cs [at] fchaomall.com just bounce back. Contact form gives error. Scam? I don't know yet, but it certainly seems so.

On 29.10. 2023 I placed an order on your site for an inverter worth $169.99. I transferred the amount from a visa card. I did not receive an email with an order number nor the product until now 14.11.2023.
Delivery was quick and packaging perfect. The unit seems quite robust, waiting to see how it performs.
Ordered an inverted and no confirmation mail was sent for my order. Order was paid, and still not received after 10 days, so not really fast shipping. Tried to communicate to check if my order was on the way and still no reply from seller. I am worried about losing my money and its the worst customer support i have ever seen. Update 1/11/23: one day after posting my review, the inverter finally arrived. But still, the communication part on behalf of the company is unacceptable.
19 October and still have not received the order
