I love this site. Every month since August, I buy at least one mystery bundle with max number of games. With Humble bundle, this is my favorite. Also, great idea to link the steam account to avoid getting games that we already have (even if it happen once). I just have 2 suggestions to improve the possibilities. Can you also do the library synchronization with Epic Games ? I have many games on it and I have got many doubles with the mystery bundle, even if it doesn't upset me since I prefer Steam. Also, is it possible to had more possibility with the wishlist, such as higher chance to get a wishlisted game in a mystery bundle ? Thanks again.

ease of use. low prices for ebooks

Searched for a cheap digital key, PS5 Tekken 8, and was shown a ridiculously low price. Upon checking, it links to xbox, for much higher than price shown and doesnt appear they even sell ps5 items besides playstation store currency. Contacted support, with screenshot and link, showing search bar, what was typed and price on google. First they blamed google using "old sale prices not current" so when I pointed out aggregator sites for sales show no record of it ever being priced that low(game is barely a year and change old) then it was a boiler plate response well we did sell for 57% off, which even at that steep a discount, it would need to be 83% to match what was shown Then i was told well its weird because they cant recreate and they even used a vpn to change ip to usa, so i recreated instantly, on a different device, showed them and all I got was hmm should report to google then.

I have been a loyal customer since 2012 (Bundle Stars) with 145 active orders done so far. (Mainly bundles) Unfortunately, even being a UK-based company, they charge their UK customers 25% more than their other customers. there can be no excuse for this while for the same product people pay 10 USD but we pay 10 GBP. Their rivals Humble Bundle, Gamersgate, Indie Gala, gamebillet and green man gaming are selling a 10 USD product for 8.10 GBP!!! But fanatical is demanding 10 GBP! Fanatical needs to stop this action and implement region pricing!

I built my own games bundle and misclicked, selecting a different game than I actually wanted. First I was afraid, but then I was able to easily refund that purchase and make a new one with the correct games. All keys were functional, 5* experience.
