This service won me flight delay compensation, at a price, when the airline had said that I was not entitled to it. Fairplane's bank takes a minimum of 5-10 working days to send the compensation, once it's won and accepted. This is poor, considering the high admin cost.
My experience with FairPlane UK was a positive one. It took a few months to have my claims completed (for me and my family) but eventually, they won my case and got the money from the airline. I have always been updated in regards to the progress, they were prompt in answering my queries, and transparent in regards to their fees and charges (fees applies only if/once money are received from the airline so I find this very fair). If it comes to it, I will use them again.
So professional, dealt with my airline complaint swiftly and received more than I was expecting in compensation! Took a few months for payment to eventually come through but that was because the airline dragged it out as much as possible, FairPlaneUK updated me every step of the way. Thank you so much!

had a claim against emirates for making me late for a connection flight tried to claim myself unsuccessful, they said European laws do not apply to emirates, had another solicitor look at he case, said yes you have a claim.. they got no where, emirates said due to foreseen circumstances . THEN fairplane got my emails and paper work all via the net, sent the papers emirates ignored the dead line,, fairplane sent the papers to the courts and within the 2 days the papers being logged for the hearing emirates paided out gross £537 net pay to me £350.90 took 11 weeks
I had a flight delay, the airline simply did not respond to my messages, then I decided to see what people were writing on the Internet in this case, then I saw a review about this company, I went to the site, wrote and on the second day they called me, I left all the data that I was asked for, it took some time, they wrote me and asked for more details,after a couple of days I received an email that they won my case and are ready to transfer money to me, I sent the bank details, within 4 days I received money! Cool ! I have no words ! Thank you very much, I am very happy and will definitely appeal to you again ! Advice to people for the future, try to keep all the details about yours all flights, it can come in handy even if it was 4 years ago!

Just got a cheque through the letterbox for £135 after going through the FairPlane claim process about 9 months ago. They did everything for me in the background and then won the case, after me forgetting about it! A great Christmas present! Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.
Contacted Fair Plane after a delay of over 5 hours, after weeks of emails saying the "final" demand had been given to the airline they responded saying that they did not have jurisdiction to proceed as I was based in Scotland the airline was based in Ireland. Despite this they refused the cancel and issued more "final demands". On the last day before they agreed to cancel the agreement, the airline paid and I was stuck with the fees for their "work".
