I received a ‘new customer, signup offer’ through Facebook. This offer was for 10 free spins upon signing up with the site and 100 free spins after my first deposit of £5. I followed the link to their page and all signup instructions diligently, yet after signing up I didn’t receive the 10 free spins immediately (as advertised) nor did I receive the 100 fs after the £5 deposit, I tried contacting them through live chat on that evening but every time I got to ‘queue position 1’ I was promptly kicked off the chat. I got through to them today and they are fobbing me off ow by saying ‘I don’t qualify’, ‘I didn’t sign up properly’ and even saying that ‘it was a mistake by their advertiser’ (whatever that means) My advice is to stay away from this company as even though it’s affiliated with The Sun newspaper, I feel scammed and tricked by their incompetence and false advertising.
