From the moment Mihaly stepped into our house to the moment the plasterer left I cannot fault the work completed at my home by FAB!! I had 11 windows and 2 doors replaced in my house and they have literally done an outstanding job. The lads who carried out the actual work are the real gems here as everything has been done to literally a fantastic level. I honestly can't find a single fault in anything they have done. I even needed some plastering done above my bedroom window which to be fair had nothing to do with them but they kindly agreed to sort it for me free of charge. Absolutely belting service and if I ever need any windows or doors doing in the future then FAB will be my first choice!! Nice one!!

The gentlemen who came to fit our door were professionals. Left the house spotless after their job and even fixed a piece of the skirting board next to door that had been falling apart!
from start to finish having our windows installed by FAB home improvements was an absolute pleasure. Farris & Jack came out to measure up & quote, we found them professional and friendly, very likable guys. We were given all the information and advice we needed to make the decision to sign up with these guys and we were not disappointed. They listened to what we wanted, advised us and helped us to decided what was best. We were given a rough timescale of 6-8 weeks for installation. Within 2 weeks, we had our date (6 weeks) during that 6 weeks, we were called by the company about 3 or 4 times, to double check our date & just touch base with us. Installation took 3 1/2 days, large house with 22 windows & a patio door. the guys doing the installation were friendly, good to have a laugh with and amazing at their job. cleaned up to a high standard at the end of every day. on the final day Farris and Jack (owners) came back on site to check everything and even helped the lads with the final clean up. We can't recommend these guys enough. very reliable, very friendly and very good at what they do. our windows & patio door look amazing. 2 months ago we made an absolute perfect decision to get our windows & door from FAB and we would absolutely do it again if the need arose. From start to finish, a comfortable experience. A visit from Matt who was calm, listened and allowed us time to make our decision with no uncomfortable pressure, which wasn’t a problem as the price was great. The install team were professional and efficient, and what’s more, cleaned the area afterwards. There was a slight hitch but Emily in accounts dealt with it wonderfully. With this industry having historically a bad reputation, these guys were a breath of fresh air and I have no hesitation recommending them. Veterans take note, they also give us discounts 🫡

The moment the lads came they went straight to work continuing in a happy and friendly manner . They were finished in no time and they left my home leaving it clean and tidy . Can't praise these guys enough! From the moment that gentle giant Matt knocked on the door and effortlessly sorted what I'd like with a price to match, I had every confidence this would be a good decision. The whole process from start to finish has been excellent, and any minor delays or problems have either been rectified or alternative suggested. The installers were considerate, professional and polite and even shared my tastes in music! Outstanding overall. I'll be using these guys in the future should the need arise again. EDIT - post installation service and some additional work we asked to be done has been poor, countless delays, having to chase paperwork, and being told I owed £800, which was paid upon completion of the job 6 weeks ago! Never accuse the customer of owing money until you're absolutely sure.
From initial consultation with Faris to newly fitted doors and windows, we received an outstanding service!! Could not be happier with our new doors and windows!!! The communication with Emily at FAB was spot on and the fitters were just fantastic…professional yet friendly and did a tremendous job!! We've had neighbours and friends already making comments and compliments and cars actually slowing in the street to have a look! Will definitely be recommending FAB!! Thank you all so much!
The whole experience has been brilliant, we booked in for the first home visit to design and that was done nice and easily, the surveyor then came half an hour later! Can't get any faster than that. Great communication between us and the company about timings and how to make payment. Then the door fitting was done this morning. Dave and Mike made sure that they came to us first in their day to help us, this way our two youngest children could be safely at nursery. They understood completely when we'd explained about their autism and how we needed to make sure they were safe. So I delivered the kids to nursery and then chatted with them while they did the fitting. Such lovely guys, very friendly and polite and so efficient! All cleaned up after themselves, brushed the steps and took absolutely all the rubbish away with them. They even happily explained all the pieces of the old door that can be recycled in new things (which we love). All in all I am very impressed.
We got our windows done by FAB last week, and they are fantastic! It took 3 days in total and they look brilliant. Service was 5* from beginning to end from the first quote off Farris to the end, nothing was to much trouble! Farris gave us a great quote and was honest and knowledgable. The team arrived and they were pleasant and polite, they worked hard and they did a fantastic job. They were clean and tidy respectful while in the house. I work 12.5 hours a day so coming home to My house still tidy is amazing. They went above and beyond for us and nothing was to much trouble. All finishing touch look great! I would 100% recommend FAB! And also 2 other homes in the road are now getting their windows done by FAB as ours just stand out by a mile 👍 thanks again for the service!
Just had our windows completed by F.A.B Systems Ltd. I shopped around, did my research and received like for like quotes on the window we wanted (including style, brand and model) from 5 recommended companies. The price, start to finish customer service, time keeping, fitting date and the fitters were exceptional. If you're considering new windows/orangeries, this is your company.

Thank you FAB ! After getting 2 quotes for our windows, FAB gave us a quote 1/3 of quote 1, and 1/4 of quote 2 - we jumped at the offer. Their fitters came and replaced our (4) windows efficiently, and tidily, leaving our house looking much better, with windows that are state-of-the-art in terms of heat loss etc. - a huge improvement over our old uPVC windows (at least 30 years old). We would happily put FAB forward as the best window replacement firm - at least in the northwest UK. Professional, efficient, and courteous, thank you to Matt, Emily, and fitters Dave and Mike, we would highly recommend you to anyone who needs replacement windows.
