The experience was positive: they responded to all our requests and made adjustments whenever possible. We will use them next time, unless we find better deals with other company. They need to offer deals for regular customers.

Not only was I really impressed by how quick Extravaganza was at ordering what I wanted from them but it even go here ahead of time which was amazing. The quality of what I brought and the great customer service makes this a good company to go for if you need good quality + priced promotional merchandise.

We have used Extravaganza for a number of years, but this year we have used them for a big event that we hosted and they did the most fantastic job on the items we required personalising. They always deliver high quality products and within the time frame required. The delivery did not arrive on the agreed date. We were asked to change one product to increase the print area, but the final result did not meet our expectations. The logo was not well visible in terms of size and color.

Extravaganza were an excellent company to work with. I was tasked with organising welcome bags for 450 students arriving into accommodation for the first time. Lilly was extremely helpful, providing me with several ideas and quotes of items to go into the bag. The whole process was seamless and once the final proofs were agreed delivery was really quick.
