Poor quality led bulb, not working more than one year, and no answer from customer service

Ordered a 3-way plug on amazon, sadly did not work a single day. Amazon tells me to contact the seller directly, did that on the 7th of December 2024 via contact form. Demanded either a refund or a working 3way plug. No answer since then. Great experience!

I have bought a number of LED Smart Sensor Wardrobe Lights that are charged by USB from ExtraStar. They work brilliantly. I don't need to turn any lights on in the house at all as I walk upstairs - I have one at the bottom of stairs, one at top, one in my bedroom and one in bathroom. All just come on as I make my way to bed. They only require charging perhaps every fortnight or so. A great buy and good way to save on electricity bill. Called ExtraStar today (New Year's Eve) - very helpful lady on end of phone. Full Marks, ExtraStar!! Can't say that often, sadly....

This company provides crappy service and deserve 0 STAR. I made an order from them and the contents were stolen by RM. I sent an email which they ignored and proceeded to call. They ignored all 10 calls during business hours and did not return any call or respond. All they had to do was raise a claim with Royal Mail and have this sorted

I bought an LED floodlight which supposedly has user controlled settings but there are no external controls. At first the light kept coming on, then off, then on; now it has gone off permanently. The so-called user manual was one sheet of garbled English which was no help.

The products I ordered were exactly what I was looking for. There was an error with one of the items that was sent (hence dropping 1 star) but this was dealt with without any fuss or bother in a gracious manner - great customer service.

We purchased two sets of interconnecting lights for the garden unfortunately one set did not work. After contacting the company easy to return and replacement sent out promptly excellent customer service. The lights are just what we wanted look lovely round the garden.

Bought some nice quality coloured lightbulbs which were delivered quickly and at a competitive price.

Second item ordered some months later . Again, from initial acknowledgement of order , progress status and final delivery it was all swiftly, smoothly done
