The deregulation act has produced a process that requires all of the documents that were served and a hefty 20 page court form in the claim, as duplicated into bundles. There is one for the court, one for each tenant and one sent back on issue to the landlord. Our fee for this is £575.00 but if you are comparing like for like, this includes the warrant for land paperwork making us very competitive.

I am not one to write reviews but in this case I felt the need to share my experience with everyone. I had rented out my property for the past 7 years and when the interest rates shot up, I realised I could not afford to keep the property and decided to sell. The tenant was given ample of notice to move out (7 months) and refused to move out and pay the new rent payments. In despair I searched the internet and contacted friends and family and was given Irene's number by Eddy. I had never been in this situation before and had no idea how to go about the legal process. I am so happy that I decided to use Irene. She was extremely professional and efficient. Guided me through the whole stressful experience of putting the paperwork together for a section 21 notice. One mistake on this paperwork would have meant that the courts would have thrown the paperwork out. Irene guided me through every step meticulously and methodically and always took the time to explain things in a manner I would understand.
