Darren’s communications from the start we’re prompt and detailed and he was great to work with during a quite stressful process Once we arrived in Paris he was at the airport ready and waiting for me and the dogs I can’t recommend this service high enough

Very good communication, the kitten was collected and delivered on time and did not show any signs of stress. The temperature was adjusted to keep my sphynx cat comfortable. I was able to live-track Darren and received updates. I highly recommend Execpets to anyone who is looking for a reliable and reputable company for pet transportation.

We used Exec Pets to help us on our journey with our dog from the UK to France (and subsequently the USA). We have been preparing for this trip for months and Darren Brookes has been incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions regarding documentation necessary for this journey. Communication with Darren has always been clear and his response time is often immediate if not within a few hours. On the day of the journey, Darren arrived on time and ensured that we made it to our destination. He helped with coordinating the trip from start to finish. All in all, I am very thankful to Darren for his super friendly and professional service and would highly recommend him.

I just completed a successful trip with Exec Pets from Paris to London, transporting my Persian cat from the United States. Darren met me at CDG in a modern, comfortable Mercedes van. He even brought a proper French breakfast of baguette, cheese and fruit. Darren was friendly and professional. He is a veteran pet transporter and has training as an animal behaviorist. He also coordinated all the doc checks at the EuroTunnel and was always quick to respond to emails and texts. Overall, what could have been a stressful trip was instead a seamless door-to-door experience. The cost was also fair and competitive. I highly recommend Darren and Exec Pets for European pet transportation.

Excellent service! Great communication throughout. Darren was early to the ferry terminal and very helpful along the way. He gave the impression that he truly cared about the well being of both myself and my dog. Super friendly throughout, despite the long journey taking place late into the evening/next day. I would highly recommend and trust Darren with your pet transfer!

Awesome Service. The service I received from Execpets was unbelievably stress free despite having a few niggles. Darren arrived in Pechina in Ameria on time and as agreed. I have never seen my dogs be so freindly to a stranger before, it was like they all knew each other ? He immediately went through my paperwork and spotted an issue I hadn't noticed. He suggested we go directly to a local.vet to get sorted. On the way we were stopped by Spanish police doing routine checks presumably due to an English number plate. They asked him for his licences to transport pets and all the other usual documents which he was able to provide and we were quickly on our way. We updated the dogs paperwork and headed North towards Madrid, Darren had calculated the timings and thus booked pet friendly hotels on route. The journey took 2 days to get to Calais where we stayed within 5 mins of the Eurotunnel ready for the next day, I had a small issue with one of my dogs at this time due to them having a tiff, Darren kindly offered to travel out and get a take away whilst I sorted it. The next day we arrived at pet reception around 6am and it was noted a date was wrong on the pet passports, Darren smoothed this over as he fully understood the requirements. We were on the Eurotunnel train almost immediately. After we arrived in the UK it was around 6 hours to Cumbria. The trio for me was a real pleasure, I felt looked after all the way and I can honestly say Darren and I have become great friends. I didn't opt for the cheapest service and I am so glad I didn't, Darren you really helped me when I was up against it all, thank you so very much. 10* for Execpets.👍👏👋

Wow. Such a great service. Just used to move from London to Almaria. Two cats and a dog. We were able to travel with them which was amazing. Darren was fantastic took such care of us and the animals a really friendly and professional service which took all the stress out of a very long journey even arranged all the hotel stops

We are so thankful we found Darren. He has a clear love of dogs reflected in how he treats them and how happy ours was upon arrival. Darren also goes above and beyond in keeping his clients updated with location mapping and text messages. All-in-all was a great experience for us and our dog. Can't recommend highly enough.

I relocated myself and my Dog Matty from HK to UK . . . I used Ferndale in HK & Execpets for all other transportation from Charles De Gaule airport to my home in the UK /. I could not believe how smoothly it was all taken care of by Execpets / Darren assisted us through all the checkpoints/ customs and it could not have been taken care of any better l/. an absolute walk in the park/. 5/5, I have absolutely no regrets. Darren was really caring and a genuine person; he kept an eye on my cat, who is quite old, and made sure her trip was as calm as it could be. Overall, this was perfect. My senior cat wasn’t troubled during the 3 hour trip and she arrived to her new paradise safely. I 100% recommend Execpets.

The service provided by Darren was excellent from the beginning of the journey to the end. He is highly knowledgable about animal behaviour and ways of making a long trip more comfortable for them. Darren has a friendly manner and conversing with him made the trip fun and enjoyable, despite the fact I was feeling nervous transporting my cat for the first time. I cannot fault the service, I recommend Execpets to anyone, you get a five-star experience.

Darren collected another 3 dogs for my rescue group on Wednesday from Amsterdam. We experienced quite a long delay getting the dogs through customs but Darren was on hand to deal with all the problems. Dogs were loaded safely onto the van and brought to the Uk. Once here there was another delay handing them over to the new owner but once again this didn’t faze Darren. I would highly recommend his services. He keeps in touch throughout the journey, walks the dogs, feeds and gives water. Thank you once again Darren.

Darren did a great job bringing our greyhound up to us in Northumberland when our family re-located. It’s clear he loves his job and really cares for the animals he looking after.

I work as a pet shipper in Hong Kong and had to transfer to UK due to my wife's retirement. From Hong Kong to UK you have 2 options, manifest cargo which has an exceptionally high price, or the more reasonable priced route through an EU country then get into UK via channel tunnel. I chose Darren from Execpets after feedback from clients of ours who had used his services and also for the fact that we could travel with our dog together where as other companies would not accept owners travel in the same vehicle. As this was a long journey via Helsinki and then road trip from Amsterdam to Newcastle, we really needed to be with our dog. Darren met us at the airport, we had clear communications via whatsapp and loaded the van up with our large dog crate and 5 large suitcases (also the carry on bags too). Eli, our dog sat with us in the back and Darren had the required harness and all safety equipment required. We was shown where the first air kit was and also fire extinguishers before setting off. This was a long 600km plus journey and we made it smoothly with plenty of breaks for our dog and the essential rest break for Darren. We arrived at Newcastle mid morning next day and would highly recommend Darren and his pet taxi service again to anyone and I have also made a short film of the experience which you can find on our websire, Ferndale kennels and Darren's website too.
