Initially I was contacted by Exacta by email, and generally I ignore unsolicited emails. However, this one caught my eye so we had a quick chat over the phone, and I left my rates review with them. I wasn't expecting anything to come of it, but it did - and without divulging the figure I can say it was well worth appointing them, particularly as I did nothing other than complete a basic form. Good comms, efficient service - I can highly recommend!
Couldn't be more pleased! A lady called Kenza called me saying that I was charged too much money on my rates - and truth be told I was a little sceptical at first, but after having my accountants look over everything and tell me that this was a legitimate saving, I went ahead and then about two months later got the refund.
