There are often choices of similar products and I have enjoyed trying the various brands then I picked my preferred one, but new products keep arriving and I rethink and try the new alternatives. Great water filter which is easy to clean. The upper tank came cracked so I contacted customer service who responded right away and send a new tank the very next day. Overall, very happy! Well worth the money!

I have used this product before but it was out of stock at my normal supplier. Evolution Organics provided a fast and efficient service. Returned to this company to reorder and they now charge almost £4 for delivery. It’s an expensive product already so makes it unaffordable for me. Luckily other companies deliver for free. Won’t be returning here.
