I was looking to buy a Berkey water filter and found this company listed as an official dealer in the Berkey website. I called Evolution with a few queries, they answered (a rarity these days) very quickly and were super helpful. I ordered the product online and it arrived on time. I'm very impressed.

Professional and speedy service from Evolution Organics. I ordered a Travel Berkey, small stand fluoride filters and priming kit over the phone because I was having trouble adding the fluoide filters to the order. The woman was brilliant and advised me that 5% would be deducted from filters and stand because I was ordering the Travel Berkey as well. She also deducted £5 because it was my first order which was a lovely surprise as I wasn't aware of this before ordering. The package arrived today (next day), unfortunately the the packaging was ripped completely at the top and half of the bottom taping had torn open. Also one side of the cardboard box had a gash where it looks like something had punctured it and then torn all the way through causing a V shape rip. Also I suspect that most of the foam things hadprobably fallen out because there wasn't much in the box. I have checked contents and everything seems fine, but I wanted to mention this as I feel that so much damage to the packaging looks like not enough care had been given. Very impressed with Evolution Organics and so glad I found this website (via Berkey Waterfilters authorised dealers list), not so impressed with DPD.
