Messaged regarding one of the dresses that's arrived and has a few holes in it and snags taken picture sent in and still no response. Customer service wise terrible some products rubbish and fantastic for what you're getting them for.

I spent an hour speaking to your help line, to no avail.?? She couldn’t find my name, address, or account, I have ordered from you before with no problems. She promised she would send, through the post, a returns label, due to the fact the dress has a broken zip.
