Your royal mail courier did not deliver parcel to my Address after realised i had a apparent delivery i went outside no parcel then i viewed a received email on the 6th December 2024,showing a photo taken by your courier of my parcel on a porch in a stairwell which was not my home. I informed you via your contact centre weeks ago and had NO RESPONSE about what you indeed tio do.
