screwed up my order when i called them on it they said dont shop here anymore

Ordered a few fiesta pieces for my daughter. Everything arrived within 2 days. Not even expecting it yet. I usually order for her from Kohls. 80% of the time it’s broken. This order was wrapped so snug and tight it probably didn’t move the whole trip here. Very pleased with everything!!!

Update: Everything Kitchens got back with me after posting the review and after confirming the information they resolved the issue and compensated for the mistake. They also updated the listing to correct the information for the correct blender features. I purchased the Designer 675 over the Designer 625 because of the extra pre-set cycles that were advertised for the Designer 675. After I received the blender, I was disappointed to find out that the Designer 675 has the same pre-set cycles as the much less expensive Designer 675 and that Everything Kithcens description is wrong and false advertising. I contacted them and they just said they were forwarding my issue to Blendtec and that was the last I heard.

sales people are very courteous and helpful. I purchased 6 Mosser pink Addison water glasses. I love Mosser glass. I was hoping they would not look washed out. What a joy to receive these understated beautiful glass, a full passion pink. Mosser glass is not coated the glass is pink or green or red deep penetrating colors. Solid to handle and the glass molds are original and crisp . What a joy. I will shop at Everything Kitchens again and again. Rosemary

Received order in timely period. Goods were packed well. Only thing is I wish some of products received where not made in China. Website should indicate where the products come from.

Highly recommend this company. My order didn't ship right away, but their customer service team answered the phone quickly and took care of it in less than five minutes. Once that was done, my order arrived quickly and fit my stand mixer perfectly.

Excellent selection of high end cook ware

Scarce item in specific size and model (pandemically out of stock by its company) was found, purchased and received from Everything Kitchens in about 3 days. Packaged very well, couldn't possibly have gotten damaged enroute, including enclosed fragile but critical gauge. Priced lower than manufacturer even IF that company had any in stock. Very happy with product condition and function, price, and delivery.

The product was great once I received it. I ordered it and a week later it still had not even had a shipping label created. I finally contacted customer service on day 8, who said another lady had to take care of this because it had some kind of hold on the order. I called...left a message. Day 9 I did receive an email to confirm some personal information on the order that didn't match my Credit Card that had been flagged and placed on hold . The order was processed and shipped 2 days later. Reason I only gave 3 stars is that no one from the company contacted me about this issue, or sent me that email until I found out what the problem was after calling Everything Kitchens.
