I recently purchased a Travel and Tickets package from Eventmasters for an upcoming Tottenham Hotspurs game. I was fortunate to have Kaileigh Brown picked up the phone when I called the office. Her customer service is outstanding--unfortunately, a very rare thing these days. My son is graduating from college in April. His graduation present is a trip to the UK to go to a game to see his Tottenham Hotspurs. It just so happened the only week we could be there was the week when they play Manchester United (on April 27). We bought Hotspurs memberships, got up in the middle of the night here in Canada to buy tickets when they went on sale, but had no luck. When we got online well before the 10:00 am sale time, we were 14,042 in the queue. Who knew?! We hung in there, made it onto the site, but were disappointed. I spent the next two days trying to figure out a way to realize his dream. I called the Tottenham Hotspurs office and a very kind woman pointed me to the official resellers page for those coming from overseas. (Wish it had been a little bit easier to find on their website, but oh well. ) That's how we found Eventmasters. I was a bit confused about the wording of the Ticket and Travel package, so called the office before hitting the buy button. Kaileigh answered the phone. My luck had just changed in a big way! She listened, answered all my questions, and went the extra mile to help make a young man's dream come true. That may sound corny, but it's true. We are so very grateful to Kaileigh for her kindness and extra effort on our behalf. She didn't just tell us sorry, she actually tried to and did help us.

Stu and the team at Eventmasters always deliver the best experiences. If you are a Spurs fan (or want amazing seats watching your team play them), then I would highly recommend the seats Eventmasters have.

Great company to book hospitality package with. I booked tickets for Tottenham v Arsenal Pre -match communication was great and tickets were emailed a week before match without issue. Had great seats, view and everything was as described. I would certainly book with Eventmasters again

I was booking a trip for my family to travel to London from the US, and it was important that I get to take my son to a soccer game. Found these seats online and purchased them. Our match was actually moved from December 31 to January 1, and the pre-match communication was great. The tickets arrived by email without issue, with excellent instructions on attending the fixture. Seats were incredible!! Definitely worth the money and a great experience. I would book with Eventmasters again without hesitation.

I travelled from the US to Tottenham for the New Years Day match. The seats I had were at the half-line, 8 rows from the field. The attached picture has not been altered/zoomed. Throughout the purchasing process the team from Event Masters was in steady contact, and timely contact in the week leading up to the match. They even responded to a question I had had two days prior to the match regarding the seat location and potential of getting wet with rain. I can’t wait to go again, and will undoubtedly be using Event Masters.

Awesome follow up prior to the event regarding the tickets and what to expect the day of the Aston Villa v Liverpool match. Tickets and facilities were even better than advertised.

Stuart was a dream to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. He organised tickets for us for a Chelsea game at a great price and with outstanding customer service. Booked a Hospitality Package with Eventmasters for a football match at Stanford Bridge Chelsea vs Leicester City on 27 August 2022. Being from far away Mauritius, there was a little apprehension that we would not receive our tickets in time, but this was soon dissipated as we got the tickets by email days before the event. The service and follow-up by Eventmasters were simple excellent and professional. I highly recommend this company as they can be trusted. We shall definitely use Eventmasters for other events. Keep it up guys.

Eventmasters have been great to deal with since I first got in touch about getting Wimbledon tickets in 2020 (I couldn't travel until this year because of the pandemic). While it was of course expensive, the whole experience of the day was brilliant, with great seats on Centre Court and a fabulous lunch and afternoon tea in the Renshaw restaurant. Jonathan and Kaileigh in particular have been great to deal with, always responding to my queries and being flexible with a payment date. I would recommend this company.

Ed drake Lee, the man that got me all the good tickets and called as soon as there were on sale and the best ones going ! So sad to here he's going ! If he comes back make sure u give him goooood money! No issues with tickets and prices are what they are man so... quality service every time.

Our debenture day at Centre Court at Wimbledon was absolutely first class. Everything about it - the seats, the service, the food - was superb. One of those things that you never forget. Worth every penny. And dealing with Eventmasters was both simple, and incredibly pleasant. We're going to do it all again next year.

What a find. A lovely Company with amazing, knowledgable, friendly, helpful staff who go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want! (In my case I wanted a couple of tickets for the Capital Radio Summertime Ball for my daughter.) I admit I was a bit dubious about buying from someone I’d never heard of, even with all their amazing reviews but it was a fabulous experience from start to finish. They answered any questions quickly and did everything they said they would when they said they would!! I shall absolutely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

We booked our hospitality event at Liverpool FC with Kaileigh at Eventmasters quite some time ago. Unfortunately due to the pandemic and then due to knee surgery the time between booking and actually attending was over two years. Throughout the period Kaileigh and her team were fabulous. They kept us up to date throughout the pandemic. When we all got back to attending events no effort was spared in sorting out our event. We had confirmed attendance when I was called for knee surgery and had yet again to rearrange a fixture. Once again Kayleigh and her team were superb going out of their way to accommodate us. Kaileigh is great to work with, customer service and engagement are second to none. Thank you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! They sell you tickets but wont honour the purchase .I spoke to a director of the company in the evening and he said that he only had 3 tickets left and that he would like to sell them together BUT if i purchased the 2 tickets on the website then he would honour the purchase ...the cost being 950 for 2 tickets . This morning i get a call telling me they have sold all 3 tickets together and that they will now be refunding my purchase . HOW CAN YOU TRUST THIS OFFICIAL TOTTENHAM COMPANY WHEN THE DIRECTOR WONT EVEN STAND BY WHAT THEY SAID AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!
